The purchaser has been given the opportunity to have a pre-purchase examination performed by a veterinarian of the purchaser’s choice and at the purchaser’s expense prior to the execution of the bill of sale. All records from the examination must be provided to the seller. In the event that the purchaser elects not to have a pre-purchase examination, the purchaser must comply with the post-purchase veterinarian examination for the health guarantee to remain in effect or will waive all rights claims or causes of action against the seller.
